Our seasonal menus fuse past and present, European and First Nations cuisine and local and international ingredients. The result is dishes that are distinctly Métis.

I learned so much, ate the best food ever. Plus to see bison, elk and the horses up close? Truly blessed.

What an incredible experience! I have travelled many places in Canada and globally, and I must say this is the place I have been treated best. I would compare it to a 5+ star resort. If you're thinking of going, go. Delicious food, stellar staff, gorgeous site, and culture galore.

A great place I couldn't recommend more. I've stayed here in all seasons and always look forward to returning. Staff are great, very attentive and welcoming, the food is fantastic (a definite highlight), and there are lots of amazing activities to do, or places to explore. A great place for a getaway or for a work retreat.
