Enjoy an evening filled with laughter, storytelling, feasting, and traditional dances. This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate the start of a new year.

New Year Gala Dinner Menu 2025

Amuse-Bouche:

• Selection of Bannock bruschetta(optional)

Salad:

• Roasted Beets Spinach and Goat cheese salad
• Caesar Salad(optional)
• Cracked Wild Rice and Arugula Salad

Starch:

• Yellow Potato and Butternut Squash Mashed
• Roasted Rosemary Baby Potatato

Vegetable:

• Carrots Maple Glazed with Bourbon whisky
• Roasted Beans Almondine

Protein:

• Roasted Whole turkey/Gravy
• Pasta Ravioli and butternut squash with Creamy Truffle Sauce
• Barbeque Quarter leg chicken or BBQs pork ribs w/saskatoon berry sauce

• Selection Dessert and Squares

Advance ticket purchase is required.

• Children ages 5 & under: FREE

• Youth (12 & under) & Seniors (65+): $45.00

• Adults: $55.00

Ticket includes dinner and entertainment. 

Dinner at 7:00 pm – Round tables of 10 people

We are offering a special overnight accommodation rate with breakfast on New Year’s Day starting from $243.00 per couple, plus service charges and tax in a King Lodge Guest room.  Other room types available.
